Great Service
Speedy, proactive service from the team when I inadvertently put the wrong delivery address down. Great idea and my friend who received the box of hugs was very complementary of its contents. Box of Hugs will be my go to going forward, instead of flowers, when I want to send a gift to a friend or relative.

Great and quick at responding to inquiries.
Changed the delivery date for me last minute when the recipient wasn’t going to be home on the original date.
Large variety of good quality hampers to choose from and products to make up your own.

Excellent service!
Based outside the UK, I wanted a gift for a friend who is going through a tough times, and this was perfect. The variety of gifts available, and options of prices and the themes were exactly what I was looking for. And the delivery was super fast, plus they also responded to emails and paid attention to my request. According to the photo my friend sent me, it looked like it was well presented and matching the order. I recommend!

Nice selection and good delivery.
For sending from overseas it can be difficult getting presents to people on time, although this appears to be pricey by UK standards, it is far cheaper and can get there on time, and isn't stopped by Customs!

A hug for a patient
I ordered a box of hugs to a friend in hospital and unfortunately it got delivered into the delivery bay of the hospital and never got to the patient. Anna jumped into action and sent a new box to the home address. This is excellent service with extra care thrown in. Thank you Anna and team

Amazing Box of Goodies

Birthday box
Ordering was easy, lots of different priced options available if you don't want their choices. I was kept up to date with delivery information and the gift was delivered before the event which was great. Didn't taste anything myself but I'm told everything was delicious.

Lovely, thoughtful gifts
I've ordered from Box of Hugs a few times recently - as a congrats gift for my niece on receiving her GCSE results, a get well soon gift for a friend, and a leaving present for a colleague. The benefit of being able to 'build your own' means I've been able to tailor each box to the specific situation and the recipient's tastes. All three have been delighted with their hug!

Had great customer service. My original order was despatched to the wrong address but as soon as I contacted the company they sent another order to the correct address for next day delivery and told me to keep the first one and enjoy the chocolate!

Great Alternative
Think I’ve already reviewed my last purchase, but don’t mind repeating myself. Love the choice of products, and the range of gifts suitable for different occasions.
