Amazing Box of Goodies
I organised for a small box of treats to be sent to one of my team members at work, to congratulate her on becoming a nanny. She was over the moon with it. The packaging is lovely, the contents beautiful. I'd definitely recommend, it adds a personal touch.

What a great idea this is, I built my own box and the amount of choice is fantastic. Very easy to do and arrived really quickly. All of the gifts were just as seen and were greatly appreciated. I would very much recommend and will definitely be using again.

Birthday box
Ordering was easy, lots of different priced options available if you don't want their choices. I was kept up to date with delivery information and the gift was delivered before the event which was great. Didn't taste anything myself but I'm told everything was delicious.

Well received gifts
Ordered from you twice now, once as a get well soon for a colleague and again as bereavement gifts. Both times have been very well received. It is such a nice option instead of the usual flowers. Beautifully presented and I like that you have the option to create your own box and caters to a wide age range.

Awesome company
Awesome company, great communication throughout really easy to choose and place order. I loved being able to pick the date so it could arrive on my mums Birthday. SShe was thrilled with it. Being able to send something special to her from New Zealand, especially when me and the kids haven't been able to see her 6yrs,was priceless.

Lovely, thoughtful gifts
I've ordered from Box of Hugs a few times recently - as a congrats gift for my niece on receiving her GCSE results, a get well soon gift for a friend, and a leaving present for a colleague. The benefit of being able to 'build your own' means I've been able to tailor each box to the specific situation and the recipient's tastes. All three have been delighted with their hug!

Great customer service
Had great customer service. My original order was despatched to the wrong address but as soon as I contacted the company they sent another order to the correct address for next day delivery and told me to keep the first one and enjoy the chocolate!

Great Alternative
Think I’ve already reviewed my last purchase, but don’t mind repeating myself. Love the choice of products, and the range of gifts suitable for different occasions. I’ve never seen the products I’ve sent, but judging from the reaction from my friend’s I think the presentation and quality of products is excellent.
