We receive so many orders from our lovely Expat customers living in Australia, New Zealand, America, Europe and across the World - and also from customers travelling abroad - that we thought we'd take a closer look at why you are choosing us. Having all travelled ourselves, we know that there are events and milestones - good, bad and sad - that you may miss because you're too far away, and there are times when all you want to do is give a friend or loved one a great big hug. We wanted to build Box of Hugs around closing that gap - and delivering a big hug whenever it is needed most, from wherever you are in the Country or in the World and that's one of the biggest reasons we do what we do.

Our regular delivery time is 2-3 working days, but we also offer next day gift delivery across the UK*, Saturday and future date delivery options at checkout - allowing you to send last minute gifts as and when needed, or to plan ahead for Birthdays or important events. (*when ordered by 11.30am, UK time, Monday to Thursday).

We are a small business and we pride ourselves on our personal approach to customer service and to rectifying any problems with products or delivery as quickly and simply as possible.
So, if you've noticed an error with a name, address, order or delivery date or you have a query about a product or how to order, simply send us an email or contact us on our 'live chat' during UK working hours. We aim to respond to all email enquiries within 24 hours on weekdays, or as soon as possible after weekends and bank holidays.

As we have continued to grow, we have been expanding our 'Ready-made' and 'Build your Own' gift box options to give you more choice and so you can tailor your gift box to your friends and loved ones to suit any occasion.
